Aviation Oxygen Refills
Send your emergency oxygen bottle back to us and we'll fill it back up for you!
Having Trouble Finding Someone to Fill your E-Ox System?
AeroMedix can fill your E-Ox oxygen cylinder for a nominal charge. All you'll need to do is place an order for an oxygen refill and ship your bottle to us. Once we receive it, we will fill your cylinder with oxygen and perform a basic leak test. We are usually able to perform this service the same day we receive the cylinder and can ship it back out to you quickly. Don't hesitate to call us at 1-888-362-7123 with any questions regarding this service.
About Filling and Testing Your Cylinder
While we are not a full-service oxygen facility, we can perform basic functions on oxygen cylinders. After filling your oxygen cylinder, we perform a basic leak check, looking for any obvious oxygen seepage. Should we find something wrong, we will contact you with a quote on what it will take to remedy the problem. Please note that we cannot perform hydro-static testing on any cylinders which are generally recommended every 4 to 5 years. Our testing procedure is not intended to take the place of hydro-static testing and may not catch a very small, slow leak.
A Note About Shipping
Once an oxygen bottle has been filled, it must be shipped back to you via USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground inside the United States. As filled oxygen bottles cannot be shipped using Air shipping methods, shipping outside the US is not available. Please make sure you select USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground during checkout to prohibit a delay in your order. Also note that delievery via Parcel Post to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico can take up to and possibly exceeding 30 days.
