30 Day Return Policy

 

Aeromedix.com offers a 30 Day Return Policy from date of purchase. All we ask is that you follow the guidelines outlined below.

 

You must request and receive an RA# (Return Authorization Number) by calling 888-362-7123 or by filling out our RA Request Form below.

Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange any item.

 

Item must be in new condition in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and packaging, and blank warranty cards. The only exception is defective items which must be returned complete with all accessories for exchange of the same item. Return must be enclosed in a secure shipping box to protect the product and its packaging.

 

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the RA# is issued the item must be received within 10 business days.

 

You must request and receive an RA# and this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return shipping box.

 

Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.

 

DVDs, CD-ROMs, software, videos, and other copyrighted works with the exception of books and manuals are not returnable unless the item is defective. If the item is defective it can only be exchanged for the same item.

 

Returns received that do not comply with the above conditions or are received with missings boxes, damaged or defaced packaging, manuals, etc will be refused or at our discretion accepted and charged a 25% restocking fee or actual value of damaged and/or missing items.

 

Once your return is received please allow sufficient time to process your return. If a refund is issued to your credit card it may take up to 1 billing cycle to reflect on your statement depending on your bank's policies. For exchanges be advised that all applicable shipping and handling charges will be billed to your credit card on file.

 

Your RA Instructions will contain a return address. The address may be different than the one your order shipped from so its important to refer to that address not any other information. All returns must be shipped they cannot be hand delivered. We suggest you insure and purchase tracking for all shipments.
