PRE-ORDER ONLY...Please read the following information before ordering. To make the Orange Handle Kit a viable project we MUST sell 24 units before production begins. Order now to ensure this great upgrade to your RSK Mk3™ knife can happen. We will NOT charge your credit card until the items ships from our warehouse.
The photo shown is a "mock up" and is not the actual handle. We created this image to give a good example of what the handles will be when they are actually made and applied to the RSK Mk3™ Fixed Blade Knife.
We have had a number of requests for an orange handled version of the RSK Mk3™. I have to admit I'd like one of those myself. However, the demand isn't high enough to make it practical to do a run of RSK Mk3s™ with the orange handles. As an alternative, we are looking at producing an RSK Mk3™ Orange Handles Kit. This would include:
- Pair Handles in Orange G10 with same mill pattern/finish as the standard G10 handles
- T6 Wrench
- Single application Loc-Tite tube (blue)
The handles would be exactly the same as the current black G10 handles, done on the same machinery to the same specs, except done in orange G10. The image above has been Photoshoped by Steve to give some idea of what it would look like. This is only a mock-up and not an actual photograph of the orange handles.
The price is $60 plus S&H. We need to sell 24 of these kits to make this a viable project. You can pre-order your RSK Mk3™ Orange Handles Kit and we won't charge your credit card until they ship (yes, you can also purchase an RSK Mk3 and the Handles Kit together, same deal). If we don't get enough sales in the next couple months to justify production, we will notify you and cancel your order. Delivery would be later this year and at this time we are not going to be any more specific than that.
