We are proud to be the first company to offer this great Pilot's Hat to the general public. It isn't very often that Dr. Blue comes into my office and throws a new product on my desk and says "We have to carry this! Get in touch with these guys and get it on the website." But that is exactly what happened and I found myself sitting there with his hat on my keyboard and a phone number.

The beauty in this hat is in it\'s attention to detail and purpose. The first noticeable feature that separates it from other hats is the extra long bill with a dark green underside to help keep the sun out of your eyes and reduce glare. Next, which is something I never would have thought of, is the absence of the annoying button on top of the hat. This feature alone makes it one of the most comfotable hats I have worn especially when you have your headset on. Made from 100% pre-washed cotton with soft taped inner seams with no additional stiffeners or lining the hat is so light you hardly notice you have it on.

The Pilots Hat™ isn't just for pilots however.   Customers are wearing them at the shooting range, behind or riding their lawnmowers, at the track (ever been to a NASCAR event?) and the golf course.  Available in Khaki, Sage Green, Royal Blue, Black and Red.

TECH SPECS

The Pilots Hat™ won\'t fit everyone.  The Velcro™ adjustable hat covers sizes 6-5/8 to 7-5/8. 

The measurement of the head for hat sizing is taken as shown in the diagram.

A tape measure is placed on the forehead and passed around the head, ensuring that the widest part of the head is included, about an inch above your ears.
