Shipping Information

Orders ship within 1 to 4 business days. If you require your package expedited, please contact us at 888.362.7123 between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm, Monday through Thursday, Mountain Standard Time. Orders placed after 2 pm MST Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

US & Canada

Most packages in the contiguous US will arrive in 2 to 9 business days.* Estimated delivery times for AK, HI, APO/FPO, US possessions and Canada will be provided during checkout.

Express Delivery  is available for most in-stock items for an additional charge. After you have entered your shipping information during checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for each recipient. Shipping and handling charges and estimated delivery times will be listed for all available shipping methods.

*Oxygen-filled cylinders and some hazardous materials cannot be shipped express.

International Orders

Shipping and handling charges are based on the initial shipment value and size. Options may vary depending on destination and items selected. Some items require additional shipping time.

We do our very best to protect the privacy and security of our customers. With the increasing number of international credit card fraud cases, we take a few extra precaution steps with international orders. These will help us validate your identity and credit card information.

You can simply email us with the appropriate information or you are welcome to call us at 888-362-7123.

  1. Please provide the name of the bank that issued the credit card.
  2. Please provide the phone number to the issuing bank provided on the card. This is generally found on the back of the card as a customer service number or a number to call in the event the card is lost or stolen.
  3. Please provide the full name as printed on the card including any business name.
  4. Please specify if the products ordered are for personal or business use.

Please note that we cannot process your order until this information is received and validated. Once you have responded with the correct information, validation usually is accomplished within 12 - 24 hours at which point your order would ship.

Email Notifications

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships. For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.

Tracking Numbers

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We usually provide this information within two days of placing your order. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with the shipper's tracking information.
